Terms and conditions.
The plain-English version of how GT Rewards works, who is eligible, and what happens at draw time. Read it once, keep this page bookmarked.
Eligibility.
GT Rewards is automatic for every Go Troppo customer who meets these basic requirements.
Active service
You must hold an active Go Troppo NBN service. Tickets do not earn while your modem is in transit, while your service is paused, or after disconnection.
Paid up to date
Your account must be in good standing. Overdue accounts, failed payments and chargebacks pause ticket accrual until the balance is cleared.
18 and over, residential
You must be at least 18 years old. GT Rewards is available to residential customers. Business accounts are excluded unless we say otherwise in writing.
Earning rules.
Tickets are issued automatically each billing cycle while your service is live. Every issue is recorded in your account ledger for full transparency.
Weekly plans
7 tickets per weekly billing cycle, awarded when the renewal succeeds.
Fortnightly plans
14 tickets per fortnightly billing cycle, awarded when the renewal succeeds.
Monthly plans
25 tickets per monthly billing cycle, awarded when the renewal succeeds.
Bonus tickets.
Referral: +50
Awarded once the referred customer activates a service and remains active for the verification period. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and cancelled referrals are excluded.
Birthday: +50
Awarded on the day, once per year, only if a birthday is set in your account before that date. You can enter your birthday once. Updates after that need to go through our support team.
Anniversary: +50
Awarded every 12 months on the anniversary of your service going live. The date is set automatically and locked to your activation date.
Double-ticket months
From time to time we run multiplier months where every ticket you earn that month is doubled or tripled. Multipliers apply only to tickets earned inside the published campaign dates and stack on top of regular earning.
Discretionary bonuses
We may award additional tickets for promotional campaigns, service issues or goodwill at our discretion. All discretionary awards are recorded in your ledger with a reason.
Pauses and exclusions.
Tickets are tied to active, live service. If your service is not delivering internet, you are not earning tickets.
Pre-provisioning
While we are arranging your installation and shipping your modem, tickets do not accrue. Earning starts the day your NBN service goes live.
Paused or suspended
If your service is paused for any reason, including non-payment, fraud review or self-requested pause, ticket accrual stops until the service is restored.
Cancelled or disconnected
When you cancel or your service is disconnected, your entries for the current draw are voided and your ticket balance does not carry over. Re-joining starts a fresh balance. Any return offer is at Go Troppo’s discretion and subject to a fraud review.
Chargebacks and fraud
Tickets associated with a charged-back or fraudulent transaction are voided. Accounts under investigation are ineligible to win until cleared.
Duplicate accounts
Multiple accounts at the same residential address or held by the same person to amplify earning are not permitted. We may consolidate or void duplicate accounts.
Business or wholesale accounts
Non-residential accounts are excluded unless explicitly enrolled with our written consent.
How winners are picked.
Every active eligible customer is automatically entered with the number of tickets they have earned during the cycle. More tickets, more chances.
First draw
The inaugural GT Rewards draw closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29 September 2026. The winner is drawn on 30 September 2026.
Ongoing draws
Draws run on a rolling quarterly cycle. After each draw, ticket balances reset and a new cycle begins immediately.
Random selection
Winners are selected at random using a verifiable draw process operated by our independent draw partner. Selection is weighted by ticket balance.
Eligibility re-check
At draw time we re-check eligibility. Customers who became ineligible during the cycle (overdue, suspended, cancelled, fraud) are excluded from selection.
Winner notification
Winners are notified by email within 48 hours of the draw and have 14 days to claim. Unclaimed prizes trigger a redraw under the same rules.
Winner publication
Winners are published using first name and state only (for example, “Sarah from VIC”). By entering you agree to this publication. Full identity is never published.
The fine print, plainly.
No cash value
Tickets are promotional only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Prize details
Prize value, type and quantity for each draw are published on the GT Rewards page before the draw closes. Prizes are not transferable.
Promotional participation
Winners may be asked to participate reasonably in publicity (photo with prize, short quote). Refusal does not void the prize but may delay handover.
State permits
Where required by Australian state or territory law, the relevant permit number is published with each draw. Promotion is conducted by [LEGAL ENTITY]. ACN/ABN on the privacy page.
Fraud and misuse
We may void tickets, exclude accounts and forfeit prizes if we reasonably believe an account is engaged in fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Disputes
Ticket and draw decisions are final. If you believe a ledger entry is wrong, contact our support team within 30 days and we will review the audit log.
Privacy and updates.
What we store
Your customer record, ticket ledger, draw entries, prize claims and any data needed to verify eligibility. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Birthday and milestones
You can enter your birthday and other personal milestones once. After that they are locked and only our support team can update them. This protects against gaming the bonus rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of GT Rewards after that constitutes acceptance.
