This document sets out the key information for the Go Troppo Home Voice add-on service. The service is available to residential customers with an active Go Troppo internet service.

Make home phone calls from your mobile – no fixed handset needed.

All you need is a smartphone or compatible device, an internet connection and the 3CX app. Simply scan the QR code and you can be up and running in minutes.
How the service works
Go Troppo Home Voice operates over the internet. It is available as an add-on to an active Go Troppo residential internet plan. Go Troppo internet may not be available in all locations. With the softphone version, if your mobile device has internet access via Wi-Fi or cellular data, you can make and receive calls using the app.

Flexible and hassle-free
There is no lock-in contract beyond the minimum commitment for your selected billing frequency: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can cancel your service before the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for unused days after your cancellation date. Plan fees are prepaid at the start of each billing term, with additional usage charges billed at the end of the relevant billing period.
Getting started: what you need
- An active Go Troppo internet service.
- A compatible IP handset, an analogue telephone adapter (ATA), or the Go Troppo softphone app installed on a compatible computer or device.
Your Home Voice service relies on an active internet connection. If your Go Troppo internet service is cancelled, your Home Voice service will also be cancelled on the same day.

- Unlimited standard national calls to fixed numbers.
- Unlimited standard national calls to Australian mobile numbers.
- Softphone setup via QR code.
Excluded or charged separately
- Calls to 13/1300 numbers incur additional pay-as-you-go charges of 48c per call.
- Your home telephone handset is not included. BYO handset is recommended unless you purchase an IP handset.
- International calls are disabled by default. If enabled by agreement, charges apply based on the applicable international rates.
- Calls to satellite and premium rate services, including 1900 numbers, are not available.

Billing information
- Your first account bill, plan fee and any hardware charges are billed in advance.
- Ongoing billing is based on your selected billing frequency and activation date: weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- Each service may have a different billing period. This can be found on your invoice, in the customer portal, or by contacting customer service.
- Pay-as-you-go usage and other additional charges are billed after they are incurred.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Home Voice service at any time before the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for unused days remaining in the billing period.
Fair Use Policy
Unlimited national calls are subject to Go Troppo’s Fair Use Policy. This service is designed for standard residential use. Excessive usage, commercial use, or reselling of the service is not permitted and may result in service suspension or additional charges.

During an internet outage, power failure or device issue, the service may be unavailable and you may not be able to make or receive calls, including emergency calls.
This service is not suitable if you require constant access to emergency services. Priority Assistance is not available with this service. Customers who require Priority Assistance should consider another provider.
