How do I join GT Rewards?
Sign up to any GoTroppo NBN plan, and you are in. Your rewards account spins up the day your service goes live. Nothing to opt in to, nothing to pay extra for.
When do my entries appear?
Your welcome bonus and first plan entries land when your first invoice clears. From then on, every 30-day billing cycle drops more entries into your balance. Refer-a-mate entries credit when your mate’s first plan goes active.
Do entries expire?
Your entries build throughout the current draw period. When we draw the winner we celebrate, reset the draw and go again, a fresh draw and a fresh chance to win. Your lifetime totals stay with you.
How does the referral program work?
You get a personal referral link inside your My Account dashboard. Share it however you like: text, socials, a chat with the next-door neighbour.
Is there a catch?
No catch. No lock-in contracts. No paid membership. It is our way of saying thanks for sticking with an Aussie-owned NBN provider that is not one of the big-telco players.
Will my entries transfer if I move house?
Yes. As long as your account stays open and your plan stays active, your entries and prize history follow you wherever you go. We just need your new address to make sure we can connect you again.
Can I add a second location?
Absolutely. You earn entries for every active residential GoTroppo service in your name. A second property, a holiday house, a family member’s service in your name — that is more entries into the draw.
Can business services earn GT Rewards entries?
No. GT Rewards is for eligible residential customers only. Business services, services connected under an ABN, and commercial accounts are not eligible to earn entries. It is designed exclusively for Australian residential customers with active domestic GoTroppo services.
