How do I join GT Rewards?
Sign up to any GoTroppo NBN plan, and you are in. Your rewards account spins up the day your service goes live. Nothing to opt in to, nothing to pay extra for.
When do my points appear?
Your welcome bonus and first plan points land when your first invoice clears. From then on, every 30-day billing cycle drops more points into your balance. Refer-a-mate points credit when your mate’s first plan goes active.
Do points expire?
Your points balance does not expire while your service is active. The only thing that resets are your draw entries — they clear when we draw a winner (roughly every 90 days), then everyone starts fresh for the next draw. Lifetime totals stay with you.
What can I spend points on?
Right now: prize draw entries, the rotating rewards drops we feature. We are adding bill credit and surprise extras through the year. Customers hear about new redemptions first.
How does the referral program work?
You get a personal referral link inside your My Account dashboard. Share it however you like: text, socials, a chat with the next-door neighbour. When the person you refer signs up and their first plan is active, you both get a points bonus dropped straight into your accounts.
Is there a catch?
No catch. No lock-in contracts. No paid membership. It is our way of saying thanks for sticking with an Aussie-owned NBN provider that is not one of the big-telco players.
Will my points transfer if I move house?
Yes. As long as your account stays open and your plan stays active, your points and prize history follow you wherever you go. We just need your new address to make sure we can connect you again.
