Loyalty Rewards – Terms and Conditions

The full terms governing the Go Troppo Loyalty Rewards Program and any prize draw conducted under it.

1Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Go Troppo Loyalty Rewards Program and any prize draw conducted under it, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2Promoter

The promoter is Go Troppo Networks Pty Ltd ABN 64 677 130 979 trading as Go Troppo Internet (“Go Troppo”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

3Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and remain eligible:

  1. the entrant must be a current Go Troppo residential customer with an active eligible service;
  2. the service must be registered in the entrant’s own name;
  3. the entrant must be 18 years or older at the time of entry;
  4. the entrant must be an Australian resident with a service address in Australia in an area where the promotion is lawfully available;
  5. the customer account must be active and fully paid up to date at the time entries are allocated, at the draw date and at the time any prize is awarded; and
  6. the entrant must not otherwise be excluded under these Terms.

4Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to enter unless expressly stated otherwise by Go Troppo in writing:

  1. employees, directors, contractors and officers of Go Troppo;
  2. immediate family members of the persons listed above;
  3. any person involved in the administration of the promotion;
  4. business, wholesale, enterprise, government or non-residential services unless expressly included in a specific promotion; and
  5. any customer account that is paused, suspended, cancelled, fraudulent, under investigation, in default, subject to chargeback, or otherwise not in good standing.

5Nature of Promotion

The Go Troppo Loyalty Rewards Program is a promotional loyalty program under which eligible customers may receive entries into promotional prize draws conducted by Go Troppo.

Participation is automatic for eligible customers unless Go Troppo states otherwise.

6Free Entry Basis

Entry into the promotion is free in the sense that no separate entry fee is charged.

Entry is available only in connection with an eligible Go Troppo service.

The cost of a Go Troppo service is the normal cost of that service and is not increased for the purpose of participating in the promotion.

6AMultiple Promotions and Promotion Codes

  1. Go Troppo may run multiple promotions concurrently.
  2. Each promotion may have its own:
    • promotional period;
    • prize structure;
    • entry mechanics; and
    • promotional or referral code.
  3. Promotions may overlap and operate independently.
  4. Entry into one promotion does not automatically constitute entry into another unless expressly stated.
  5. Where a promotional code is required:
    • the code must be correctly applied during the specified period;
    • failure to apply the correct code may result in ineligibility for that promotion; and
    • Go Troppo is not responsible for missed or incorrectly applied codes.
  6. Go Troppo reserves the right to determine eligibility, entry allocation and prize qualification separately for each promotion.

7Draw Periods

  1. Each GT Rewards promotional draw will operate over a defined promotional period as advertised by Go Troppo.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, promotional periods will generally run for approximately three (3) months.
  3. Eligible Tickets accumulate during the applicable promotional period and expire at the completion of that draw.
  4. Go Troppo may conduct shorter or longer promotional campaigns, including weekly, fortnightly, monthly or special event promotions, which may have separate prize structures and eligibility requirements.
  5. Details of each promotional period, including commencement date, closing date, draw date and prize details, will be published on the Go Troppo website or relevant promotional material.

8How Entries Are Earned

Eligible entries may be allocated based on the customer’s active plan, payment status, promotional offer, referral activity, or other qualifying criteria notified by Go Troppo.

Unless otherwise stated, entries may be awarded for:

  1. being an active eligible customer;
  2. the speed tier or plan type of the active service;
  3. successful payment of the relevant invoice or billing amount;
  4. referral of a new customer who activates and remains active beyond any applicable cooling-off, cancellation or verification period; and
  5. participation in bonus promotions advertised by Go Troppo.

9Entry Allocation

  1. Entries are allocated to the eligible account holder only.
  2. Entries have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, pooled or redeemed for cash.
  3. Entries do not carry over unless expressly stated by Go Troppo.
  4. Entries are void if awarded due to error, duplication, fraud, system malfunction, reversed payment, invalid referral or breach of these Terms.
  5. Go Troppo may cap entries per customer, account, household or promotion where stated in promotional material.

10Active and Paid Requirement

A customer must be an active paying customer to remain eligible.

A customer will not be eligible to win or receive a prize if:

  1. the account is overdue;
  2. a scheduled payment has failed;
  3. the account is suspended;
  4. cancellation has been requested;
  5. the service has disconnected or is pending disconnection;
  6. a payment has been reversed, dishonoured or charged back;
  7. Go Troppo reasonably believes the account is not genuine or is being used improperly; or
  8. the account has been placed into a pause or suspension state under any Go Troppo plan.

11Referrals and Bonus Entry Conditions

Where bonus entries are offered:

  1. the referred customer must be a new customer not already active with Go Troppo;
  2. the referred service must successfully activate;
  3. the referred customer must remain active beyond any applicable cooling-off period;
  4. the referred customer must remain active at the time of the relevant draw;
  5. self-referrals, duplicate referrals, false referrals or sham arrangements are invalid; and
  6. Go Troppo may withhold or reverse bonus entries where the qualifying event is cancelled, refunded, reversed or determined to be invalid.

12Draw Method

  1. Winners will be determined by random draw.
  2. Draws may be conducted electronically or by another fair and independently verifiable method.
  3. The first valid entry or entries drawn, in the order drawn, will win the nominated prize or prizes unless stated otherwise.
  4. Draws may be independently supervised or conducted by a third-party promotional compliance provider.

13Prizes

  1. Prize details, number of prizes and prize values will be as advertised.
  2. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
  3. If a prize becomes unavailable, Go Troppo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  4. Any ancillary costs associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
  5. Go Troppo may offer multiple prize tiers including major, minor and bonus prizes.

14Winner Verification

Before awarding a prize, Go Troppo may require proof of:

  1. identity;
  2. age;
  3. residency;
  4. account ownership;
  5. service address;
  6. payment status; and
  7. compliance with these Terms.

Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification and a redraw.

15Notification of Winners

  1. Winners will be notified using the contact details recorded on their account.
  2. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
  3. Go Troppo is not responsible for failed contact attempts caused by incorrect information.

16Winner Publicity and Promotional Participation

  1. As a condition of accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonably participate in promotional and publicity activities connected with the promotion.
  2. Such activities may include photographs, video recordings, interviews, testimonials, social media content and prize presentations.
  3. Winners consent to Go Troppo publishing their first name, suburb, state, image, likeness, voice and details of the prize won.
  4. Winners grant Go Troppo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such material for promotional purposes.
  5. If a winner refuses to reasonably participate, Go Troppo may, to the extent permitted by law and any permit conditions, determine that the winner is not entitled to receive the prize and conduct a redraw.
  6. Go Troppo will not knowingly publish sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary.

17Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw

  1. Winners must claim prizes within fourteen (14) days of notification.
  2. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be redrawn.
  3. Any redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and permit requirements.

18Customer Cancellation or Service Change

  1. If a customer cancels before the draw date, all entries for that draw may be voided.
  2. Changes to plan type, billing frequency, service status or eligibility may affect entry allocation.
  3. Entries do not survive cancellation unless expressly stated otherwise.

19Fraud, Abuse and Improper Conduct

Go Troppo may disqualify any entrant where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse or conduct that compromises the integrity of the promotion.

20System Errors and Technical Issues

Go Troppo is not responsible for entries not received or recorded due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Go Troppo may take reasonable corrective action where an error affects the operation of the promotion.

21Privacy

Personal information will be collected, used and disclosed for administration of the promotion and in accordance with Go Troppo’s Privacy Policy.

22Publicity Consent

To the extent permitted by law, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities connected with the promotion.

23No Representation Beyond Published Offer

Only these Terms and official promotional material form part of the promotion.

24Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

25Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Troppo excludes liability except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

26Variation, Suspension or Cancellation

Go Troppo may vary, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary to comply with law, address fraud, correct errors or protect the integrity of the promotion.

27Permits, Legal Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

The promotion is conducted subject to all applicable laws, permits and regulatory requirements.

28Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Schedule 1

GT Rewards Ticket Allocation & Billing Rules

1. Promotion Overview

The GT Rewards Promotion provides eligible customers with entries (“Tickets”) into the current promotional draw.

Tickets are allocated based on an active eligible residential internet service and successful payment of recurring service charges.

Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be purchased separately.

2. Ticket Allocation Per Plan

Tickets are allocated only after successful processing of the customer’s scheduled service payment.

3. Billing Cycle and Ticket Allocation

Go Troppo operates a recurring billing cycle.

Tickets are awarded only when the scheduled payment is successfully processed.

Failed or dishonoured payments do not generate Tickets until successfully paid.

4. Daily Billing Calculation

Go Troppo utilises a daily billing methodology.

Customers are billed according to their selected billing frequency and billing anniversary date.

Tickets are awarded only following successful payment.

No Tickets are awarded for unpaid service periods.

5. Bonus Ticket Allocation

Bonus Tickets may be awarded from time to time.

Bonus Tickets:

  • are credited only to active eligible accounts;
  • form part of the current promotional draw balance;
  • expire at the conclusion of the relevant draw period.

5A. Win-Back Promotion (Discretionary)

Win-Back Promotion

A Win-Back promotion is not a standing entitlement and does not form part of the standard bonus Ticket allocation above. Where Go Troppo specifically runs and advertises a Win-Back promotion, a returning eligible customer may be awarded 50 Tickets plus any advertised promotional bonus.

Any Win-Back promotion is offered solely at Go Troppo’s discretion, only for the period and on the conditions advertised, is subject to eligibility and verification, and may be varied, limited or withdrawn at any time. No customer is entitled to a Win-Back bonus unless Go Troppo has expressly offered it to that customer in writing.

6. Ticket Reset Following Draw

At the conclusion of each draw:

  • A winner will be selected.
  • All Tickets for that draw period expire.
  • Ticket balances reset to zero.
  • Customers begin accumulating Tickets for the next promotional period.
  • Tickets do not carry over unless expressly stated.

7. Active Service Requirement

Customers must maintain an active residential service and remain financially up to date to receive Tickets and remain eligible.

Suspended, paused, cancelled or disconnected services are not eligible.

9. Ticket Visibility

Customers may be able to view their Ticket balance through the Go Troppo website, customer portal or other nominated platform.

Displayed balances are indicative only.

Go Troppo’s records are final in determining the number of valid Tickets allocated to an entrant.
