Your NBN connection is typically live within 2 hours thanks to our IPoE setup. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours, but most customers are up and running the same day.

We'll automatically transfer your connection from your current provider. There's nothing you need to do on your end - we handle the entire switchover for you.

Modem Delivery

If you've ordered one of our modems, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrives within 5 business days. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Fair Billing, No Pro-Rata

Your subscription starts today, but your next billing date is delayed by the number of days it takes for your modem to arrive and your connection to go live. We believe in fair and accurate billing - you only pay for what you use, and we never pro-rate.
