Each service on your account may have a different billing period. You can find your billing period:

  • by contacting Customer Service.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Home Voice service at any time before the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds or credits for unused days remaining in the billing period. To cancel, contact us before 6pm on the last day of your billing period.

Fair Use Policy

Unlimited national calls are subject to Go Troppo’s Fair Use Policy. This service is designed for standard residential use. Excessive usage, commercial use, or reselling of the service is not permitted and may result in service suspension or additional charges.

You can view our complete Fair Use Policy at gotroppo.com.au/policy

Important Service Limitations

Go Troppo Home Voice is a VoIP service that requires an active internet connection. During power outages or internet service interruptions, the Home Voice service will not function unless you have backup power for both your modem and phone equipment.

Emergency Calls: While you can make emergency calls (000) using Go Troppo Home Voice, we recommend having an alternative method to contact emergency services (such as a mobile phone) as backup, especially during power or internet outages.
