Getting Started with GoTroppo

Welcome to GoTroppo! We’re excited to have you on board. This guide will help you get connected quickly and easily.

What You Need to Know

GoTroppo uses modern IPoE (DHCP / IP over Ethernet) technology for all connections. This is simpler and more reliable than older connection types – no usernames or passwords required!

Using Our Supplied Modem

If you’ve received a modem from GoTroppo, it’s already configured and ready to go. Simply:

  1. Connect the modem to your NBN connection box
  2. Plug in the power
  3. Wait 2-3 minutes for the lights to stabilise
  4. Connect your devices to WiFi
