Very easy. If you already have an active NBN service, switching usually takes 1-3 business days with no technician visit required. We handle the transfer from your current provider. If you’re new to NBN, setup typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your connection type.

For most premises with existing NBN infrastructure, no technician is needed. You simply plug in your modem and you’re connected. For new connections or certain connection types (like FTTP that hasn’t been activated), a technician visit may be required – this is handled by NBN Co at no extra charge.

You need a compatible NBN modem/router. You can purchase one from us, use our rental option, or bring your own (BYO) if you have a compatible device. We can advise on compatibility and help you choose the right option for your needs.

Use our address checker at the top of this page. Enter your address and we’ll show you which plans and speeds are available at your location. NBN availability and maximum speeds depend on the connection type installed at your premises (FTTP, HFC, FTTC, FTTN).

Our month-to-month plans make it easy to adjust. Try a different speed tier with no penalty. If your connection can’t deliver the speeds you need (due to infrastructure limitations), we’ll work with you to find the best available option or help you cancel without fees.

Being month-to-month means you’re not locked in from day one. If NBN isn’t working for you within the first month, simply cancel before your next billing cycle. No exit fees, no complicated processes. We want customers who are happy, not customers who are trapped.
